Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in EPC Construction of large commercial buildings and industrial facilities They are currently seeking a hands-on Operations Director from a main contractor background to oversee their Industrial division across Italy, based in Milan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading and managing a team of Project Managers and site personnel to deliver complex industrial building projects across Italy

  • Ensuring the performance, design development, and client satisfaction from pre-construction through to project completion

  • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary international teams, managing the technical and commercial elements, and playing a pivotal role in maintaining and growing client relationships
