Job Description
As the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards operational excellence and sustainable growth. This role is a unique blend of a General Manager and Culture Lead, reflecting the startup ethos and the importance of fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team to shape the company's strategic direction.
