Job Description
A tech-driven logistics company is seeking an Operations Director to join its Barcelona-based office on a 10 month fixed-term assignment. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee multidisciplinary teams across multiple European locations, driving the optimization and continuous improvement of processes and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Leadership: Contribute as a key member of the Global Leadership Team, aligning operational technology priorities with Product and Engineering roadmaps to support increased automation.
