Lead the setup and expansion of new aesthetic clinics, including licensing, regulatory compliance, renovation, equipment procurement, and operational readiness

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, SOPs, and best practices across all clinics

Drive sales growth and profitability through effective business development and sales strategies

Monitor clinic performance, revenue, productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs

Work closely with marketing teams to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies
