OPERATIONS / HR COORDINATOR – MANUFACTURING & PACKAGING
Location: West Rand
Salary: R18 000 – R25 000 CTC per month
Hominum Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a client based in the West Rand for a practical and hands-on Operations / HR Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day running of a factory environment.
The successful candidate should have a good understanding of factory operations, staff coordination, basic HR administration, and general workplace processes.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist management with daily coordination of factory operations


2. Support supervisors and department heads with staff-related matters


3. Assist with attendance monitoring, timekeeping, absenteeism follow-ups, and basic reporting
