Job Description
Operations Controller Admin | Construction | West
Location: West
Working days: 5 days/week
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Responsibilities- Assist in planning and coordinating daily deployment schedules
- Support assignment of cranes, operators, riggers, and lifting supervisors
- Update job status, crane movements, and daily operation records
- Assist in handling ad-hoc changes and operational requests
- Communicate with clients and site personnel on job confirmation and arrangements
- Relay site instructions to operators and internal teams
- Assist in follow-up on job completion and feedback
- Assist in checking validity of operators’ licences, certificates, SSIC, and medicals
- Support submission of RA, SWP, lifting plans, and MOS
- Ensure cranes deployed have valid inspection certificates and documents
