Operations Control - Assurance & Governance Manager

Overview

Gallagher Specialty is seeking an experienced Operational Control & Governance Lead to strengthen our first line assurance framework and governance environment. This role ensures Gallagher Specialty operates in line with internal policies, regulatory expectations, and best practice, while supporting commercial growth and business strategy. You will act as a trusted business partner, embedding a strong three lines of defence model and fostering a culture of adherence, ethical behaviour and continuous improvement across the division.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Governance & Oversight
• Maintain a documented overview of governance arrangements across UK and International Gallagher Specialty businesses.
• Ensure appropriate Terms of Reference are in place for all formal governance forums.

• Operational Control & Assurance
• Own and deliver the 1st Line Operational Control Plan in line with agreed schedules.
