Job Description

The role

is varied and will have a spread of administrative duties across sales, operations, marketing and general office. The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced environment and must be able to multi-task and prioritise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all inspection, remedial, training, and construction bookings from customer acceptance through to project completion.
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations, costings, and associated documentation for inspection, remedial, and training services.
  • Maintain and administer inspection schedules, staff booking schedules, client databases, and online portals, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements for operational personnel.
