What You’ll Do
- Cross-Departmental Problem Solving: Work with department managers and frontline reps across operational functions; investigate workflow breakdowns end‑to‑end, build process maps to visualize current flows, conduct root‑cause analyses, and propose practical solutions. Evaluate tools or vendors when necessary, document requirements, manage demos, build comparison matrices, and present recommendations.
- KPI Design & Dashboard Development: Design KPIs and measurement frameworks from scratch for departments lacking them, defining what “good” looks like for each function (e.g., technician efficiency, service dispatch turnaround, scheduling utilization, response times). Build dashboards to illuminate these metrics for managers and leadership.
