Job Description
1. Packaging & Distribution
Oversee the coordination of product packaging for influencers, and seeding campaigns.
Liaise with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of campaign materials.
Maintain records of shipments, track delivery status, and resolve fulfilment issues proactively.
Ensure packaging aligns with brand guidelines and campaign creative briefs.
Manage inventory levels of campaign merchandise and product samples.
2. Finance & Payments Coordination
Act as the primary liaison between the marketing team and the finance department for all influencer-related payments.
Raise payment mails, process invoices, and track payment timelines for influencer fees and deliverables.
Ensure all payment documentation (contracts, deliverable sign-offs, tax forms) is complete and compliant before processing.
Maintain a transparent payments tracker and flag any discrepancies or delays to relevant stakeholders.
