Job Description
1. Manage the daily order book and ensure timely delivery & pick-up of the orders 2. Coordinate with the ops executives and ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed properly 3.
Coordinate with customers in case of any order-related issues 4. Resolve order-related issues on a priority basis and ensure a customer experience 5. Coordinate with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick-up-related issues 6.
Coordinate internal stock audits at the warehouse 7. Assist the operations manager with status updates and preparing reports Requirements 1. English and Hindi are must 2.
Minimum qualification - Any graduate Benefits CTC - 3 - 4LPA Health Insurance No Dress code
B.Tech, B.Com, MBA
