To ensure the smooth onboarding and agency movement process for AIA sales channels, conducting and reviewing agents’ fit and proper assessment.

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new agents from due diligence to eventual onboarding.
• Stay updated on regulations and documentation for onboarding of representatives and fit and proper guidelines.
• Lead onboarding sessions to track and push for applications in pipelines.
• Follow up promptly with pipeline applications.
• Timely creation and filing of agency and agent codes and onboarding documents.
• Support consolidation of agents’ statistics (demographics, adverse).
• Monitor agents with adverse records or under monitoring.
• Support processing of agents’ movements.
• Prepare payment files related to onboarding and representatives.
