Job Description
You will play a key role in shaping business efficiency by analysing current operations, recommending solutions, and implementing process improvements. Working independently while collaborating with stakeholders, you will also provide guidance to team members and contribute to project success. Key Responsibilities
Analyse business needs and recommend practical, value-driven solutions
Document and map current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes
Support and execute communication plans across projects
Engage with stakeholders to build strong relationships and address concerns
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Contribute to feasibility studies from both technological and organisational perspectives
Compile and produce accurate reports using data from various sources
Manage and prioritise short-term work schedules for team delivery
