Purpose of the Role:

Ensures accurate and compliant processing of accounting and farmer-related documents by reviewing contracts and financial transactions, maintaining proper records, supporting audits, promoting cost efficiency, and recommending improvements to procedures and systems to enhance operational effectiveness.

Here's how you would make an impact:

• Review and process contracts, agreements, and other accounting-related transactions, such as Delivery Receipts (DR), Check/Cash Vouchers (CV), Journal Vouchers (JV), Seedling Delivery Receipts (SDR), and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Review and file farmer-related documents.
• Ensure adherence to audit and compliance standards.
• Recommend possible enhancements/improvements to existing procedures, systems, and policies of the work unit.
