Operational Systems Supervisor- Indwell

Indwell is hiring an Operational Systems Supervisor in Hamilton, Ontario, committed to enhancing building mechanical systems and tenant well-being. Supervise and lead maintenance efforts across the portfolio.
In this full-time position, you will report to the Building Systems Manager and act as the primary point of escalation for complex system issues. Your role will require strong leadership in troubleshooting HVAC systems and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to supporting residents facing housing instability. Frequent travel will be required across Indwell locations.
Key Responsibilities:
