We are recruiting Operational Support Officers – Nights (OSOs) to join our team at HMP Doncaster.
Night-duty OSO – full-time, 40hrs, working a 7 on / 7 off rota basis.
These roles are critical to the safe, secure and effective running of the establishment and provide essential operational support to frontline prison staff.
The Role
As an Operational Support Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining the day-to-day operation of the prison. While this is not a Prison Officer role, it is operationally focused and based within a secure environment. Depending on the position, duties may include:
- Managing entry and exit points to the prison, including gate operations
- Controlling access for staff, visitors, contractors and vehicles
