Operational Risk Manager Singapore / SEA

Position Purpose

The Operational Risk Manager is responsible to ensure current and emerging risks are proactively identified and managed through internal control mechanisms and procedures within Client Engagement and Financial Security and Transversal perimeters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and BNPP Group standards. This includes local adaptation and execution of OPC methodologies, control plans, incident investigations, procedures management, and reporting to key stakeholders and Committee members.

What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like

- Review overnight operational‑risk alerts and new incident reports confirm control‑plan results are uploaded and evidence archived.

- Lead the daily huddle with two OPC analysts - assign remediation tasks, track RCSA adaptations, coach on methodology updates.
