Operational Risk & Controls Lead — Governance & MI

HSBC is seeking a governance and risk professional to execute end-to-end operational control frameworks within GLS Operations. You will conduct control reviews, monitor KRIs, and lead root-cause analysis for incidents, driving timely remediation.

You will also manage governance forums, maintain SOPs and control narratives, and deliver a robust MI strategy with dashboards for senior leadership. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.
