Operational Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support initiatives that enhance day-to-day brand standards and elevate the overall guest experience across one of the worlds largest quick service restaurant (QSR) companies.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking someone who has deep knowledge and experience of brand standards within an international QSR Brand. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have experience in restaurant management or auditing.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in restaurant management or QSR auditor experience in EMEA region or globally
• Brand standard experience within an international QSR Brand
• Attention to detail
• Competent in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint), and extensively proficient in Excel)
