Job Description
IBMC is assisting our client in hiring an Operational Manager to unify and scale operations across their entities in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.
The role is responsible for building the group’s operating system end-to-end: standardizing processes, implementing automation and ERP/SaaS tools, tightening cross-country coordination, and ensuring every function operates with clear KPIs, accountability, and visibility.
This position requires a senior operator who understands SaaS-style workflows, multi-entity management, and the operational realities of fintech or prop trading environments.
