Requirements

• Grade 12. Basic qualifications accredited with the South African Nursing Council in terms of Government Notice 425, i.e. Diploma/ degree in Nursing as a Professional Nurse with Midwifery, or equivalent that allows registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse with Midwifery plus a post basic qualification with the duration of at least 1 year in any of the above listed specialties. A minimum of 9 years appropriate/ recognizable experience in nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council in General Nursing.
