Seeking an experienced and results-driven Operational Excellence Manager with a proven track record of transforming manufacturing performance through the reduction of downtime, yield losses, and operational inefficiencies.
The successful candidate will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Six Sigma, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) methodologies to drive sustainable productivity improvements, optimize operational performance, and deliver significant cost savings across the manufacturing environmentMinimum requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
Engineering Degree (essential)
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
8–15 years' experience within FMCG or Food Manufacturing
