Operational Buyer

Main Functions Lallemand is seeking a Buyer to join its team and support plant operations. On-site presence required. This key, hands‑on role plays an essential part in ensuring operational continuity through purchase order management, inventory tracking, and close coordination with suppliers. The position reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for ensuring the continuous, cost‑effective, and quality‑compliant supply of raw materials and selected goods required to support plant operations. The Buyer works in close collaboration with Corporate Procurement, Quality, and Production teams to ensure operational continuity, supplier performance, and adherence to budget and quality standards.
