Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations including warehouse, logistics, delivery and order fulfilment
- Plan and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and service levels
- Coordinate with sales, procurement and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations
- Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety and company policies
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular reports for management
