Job Description

Position Operation Manager 
Contract Type Freelancer (potential for indefinite contract) 
Salary $10,000 MXN/month (monthly) 
Contract Structure 1-month trial period
3-month probationary period
Indefinite contract upon satisfactory performance 
Schedule Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Availability for adaptable hours is required 
Requirements Proficiency in English 
Excellent communication skills 
Highly organized and responsible 
Professional appearance and presentation 
Experience in sales and social media management (TikTok, Facebook, etc.) 
Responsibilities Supervise and support livestreamers during live sessions 
Develop and manage scripts, organize products, and prepare sets for live streams 
Oversee sales performance during live sessions, ensuring effective follow‑up and reporting
