Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple EHV/HV substation EPC projects .
- Drive project delivery, P&L, operational excellence, and business growth.
- Manage engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Lead and mentor project teams while ensuring HSE, quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
- B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering.
- 20+ years of EPC experience with 10+ years in the Middle East .
- Strong Oil & Gas T&D project execution experience.
- Hands‑on experience with 380 kV/EHV substations in EPC mode.
- Prior experience as operation head / project director / country head / GM of projects.
- Proven track record managing multiple large-scale EPC projects and P&L.
