Operation Executive

Operation Executive Location: West Area Working Days: 5 days work week (Mon - Fri) Working Timing: 9am - 6pm Roles & Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily operations, deliveries, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment - Liaise with warehouse, suppliers, customers, and forwarders on stock, delivery, and shipment matters - Prepare and manage delivery orders, invoices, shipping documents, and picking lists - Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including stock movement, FIFO practices, and stock reconciliation - Handle import/export processes, ensuring all documentation and system entries (e.g. SAP) are accurate and complete - Track and update customer orders, POs, and stock availability to support smooth operations
