Job Description
Responsibilities
- Fleet Management - ensure efficient fleet utilization by planning and coordinating two-way travel routes. This minimizes empty runs and maximizes vehicle productivity.
- Pre-Gate and Driver Movement Coordination - Coordinate the pre-gate process by arranging drivers' entry into operational zones and managing their movement efficiently to support seamless job execution.
- Driver Communication - maintain consistent and clear communication with all drivers. This includes relaying job instructions, addressing on-road issues, and coordinating any changes in schedule or routing.
- Job Sheet Updates - update the job sheet promptly as drivers submit photo evidence of job progress or completion. Accurate record‑keeping supports real‑time job tracking and accountability.
