Operating Room RN: Preceptor & Charge Nurse

BayCare Health System in Dunedin, FL is seeking an Operating Room RN to join the Surgery-MDH team. The RN independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards.

Responsibilities include delegating appropriate care to the health care team and maintaining professional accountability and development per best practice standards. The RN may serve as preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
