Overall Objectives of Job
We are looking for a skilled Open Text Technical Support & Configuration Specialist to support
the implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of Open Text within our HR IT
landscape, including SAP Success Factors and SAP HCM. The ideal candidate will have
expertise in Open Text solutions, experience in HR document management, and the ability to
troubleshoot and configure the system to ensure seamless operation.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Implementation & Integration: Support the deployment of Open Text for HR document
management, integrating it with SAP Success Factors and SAP HCM.
• System Configuration: Configure Open Text solutions to meet business needs, including
workflows, metadata, permissions, and document lifecycle management.
