OpenText Application Lead - India

We are urgently looking for an experienced OpenText Application Lead / Specialist to provide L2/L3 support, administration, monitoring, and optimization of OpenText Content Suite, xECM for SAP, and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) platforms. Key Skills: 8 years of experience in OpenText application support, administration, and maintenance. Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Content Suite, xECM for SAP, and VIM solutions. L2/L3 support experience, including incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA). Experience supporting SAP-integrated OpenText environments, workflows, metadata, users, roles, and permissions. Proven expertise in application monitoring, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, and release management. Good understanding of ITIL processes, service management, and operational support best practices. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, drive continuous improvements, and mentor support teams.
