FEP Subject Matter Expert (SME) Provide recommendation on execution of Value Engineering and Project Definition rating index (PDRI) workshops and initiate if required. Initiate and facilitate Risk Profiling, Project Breakdown Structure development. Review and provide input into project scoping and Basis of Estimates.
