Sephora Middle East is recruiting a National Makeup Artist based in Sephora University Dubai. The main responsibility of this role is to support the development of the store Makeup team through store coaching, training, mentoring and assessment (approx. 60% of time). Other tasks include delivery of Sephora University Makeup training modules (in‑class and digital), support training content creation (including videos), involvement in brand training organization and some administrative tasks. The role requires strong collaboration with Retail and Store Managers to support the learning and development of the store Makeup team. The National Makeup Artist will also support cross‑functional events with Marketing/PR and HR, sometimes leading other Makeup Artists or PRO team members.

This regional role requires travel within the GCC region (Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman) 1 to 2 times per month (duration up to 68 days cumulative).
