Job Description
- Troubleshoot and repair POS tablets, printers, cash drawers, dual screens, and related hardware.
- Provide basic system assistance and escalation of software issues when needed.
- Ensure 100% completion of endorsed technical support visits and hardware repairs within set timelines.
- Perform monthly proactive check-ins with priority clients and document any concerns.
- Maintain good client relationships by reassuring ongoing support and addressing concerns professionally.
- Collect client feedback, testimonials, and photo/video documentation during visits while identifying and securing referral lead opportunities.
- Support company events, expos, and workshops by assisting with setup, logistics, and basic lead generation.
