Onsite Property & Building Manager (Build-to-Rent)

Bayleys is looking for an experienced Property & Building Manager to run two Build-to-Rent apartment complexes in Māngere, Auckland. You will own tenancy and building operations, delivering an exceptional resident experience and maintaining properties to a high standard.

This autonomous, hands-on role combines leasing, tenancy management and building maintenance, coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance while creating a welcoming, well‑presented community for residents.
