About The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and people-focused Property & Building Manager to join the team at Bayleys.

Based in Māngere, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of two Build-to-Rent apartment complexes, overseeing both the tenancy and building management functions. This autonomous role offers the opportunity to manage a modern residential community, ensuring smooth operations, delivering an exceptional resident experience, and maintaining the properties to the highest standard.

This is a diverse, hands‑on role that combines tenancy management, leasing and building operations. You'll be the key point of contact for residents, oversee the day-to-day management of the property, coordinate contractors, and help create a welcoming, well‑maintained community where residents enjoy an exceptional living experience.
