Onsite Lean & CI Leader — Capulhuac

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager in Capulhuac, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics and possess a Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification. This role focuses on applying Lean methodologies to enhance operations and production processes.

The successful applicant will coach teams, lead improvement projects, and drive cultural change towards efficiency and productivity. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, alongside advanced English proficiency.
