Onsite IT Support Technician – Plant & OT

Silver Fern Farms in Hastings (Pacific plant) is seeking an IT support professional to provide frontline helpdesk coverage for hardware, software, networking, CCTV, and OT systems across the site. You will work with production and office teams, be hands-on on the processing floor, and participate in on-call rosters to keep operations running smoothly.

This hands-on role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work across office and manufacturing environments.
