Onsite IT Support Engineer: Windows & Networking

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our IT Services organization in Dubai. The role includes providing comprehensive technical support to corporate employees, managing ticket queues, and collaborating on technical projects. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and PC repair, along with knowledge of Windows Server technologies. This position is onsite, working Sunday through Thursday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
