Onsite HR Coordinator — Hospitality, Medellín

Qode is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support operations in Medellín and Candelaria, Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR functions and fostering a positive work environment. Key duties include coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance with Colombian labor laws.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fields and 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector. Fluency in Spanish and a working knowledge of English are required.
