ADCO (ADNOC Onshore projects) requires physically resilient Onshore Rig Roustabouts to maintain a safe drilling environment, handle heavy oilfield equipment, and assist the roughnecks on the active rig floor.

Daily Oilfield Tasks

• Wash the massive rotary table and surrounding steel decks using high-pressure water hoses after a deep drilling session is completed.
• Provide clear hand signals to the heavy crane operator while unloading fresh supply trucks arriving at the desert camp.
• Assist the senior drilling crew in pushing and aligning long steel pipes correctly when making new connections.
• Organize scattered heavy tools and thick metal wrenches inside the equipment container before the next shift team arrives.
