RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports the Online Sales Officer in various tasks related to the company’s online sales operation that should result to sales generation
• Manage and post to all Facebook platform
• Answering inquiries or quick response to the comments or message of customer
• Submit weekly report
• Collaborate with IT and Sales in creating marketing materials, updating company’s website and managing social media accounts
• Responsible in selling company products via social media (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Market Place, Viber ) with sales target
• Responsible for growing the online platform
• Monitoring followers, likes and main page / website per account or per branch
