About The Role

As a OneStream Operations Specialist, you will manage and optimize the OneStream platform, ensuring stability and reliability, while supporting financial consolidation, reporting, and planning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for users (helpdesk function); resolve incidents and handle user requests.
• Monitor data loads, consolidations, and workflows; support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes.
• Support forecast and budgeting cycles; manage users, roles, and access rights.
