Job Description
**Position Summary**
The Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, high-quality infusion therapy and patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication, particularly in a small, community-oriented environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Administer IV infusion therapies in accordance with physician orders, clinical protocols, and standards of nursing practice
+ Monitor patients before, during, and after infusions for adverse reactions and intervene as needed
+ Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and symptom evaluation
+ Educate patients about infusion treatments, potential side effects, and post-treatment care
+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
