Onboarding & People Operations Specialist

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking an Assistant People & Culture Manager to oversee the full onboarding lifecycle and core P&C administrative processes within the People & Culture team. This role reports to the People & Culture Manager and supports visa and UAE regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in P&C operations, familiarity with Workday, and strong stakeholder management skills to enhance the employee experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
