Complete menu final check processes
Control each item of the new menus and take notes for menu agent to correct the errors
Inform and coordinate with cross-functional and vertical teams regarding SOP and SOP changes
Qualifications
Grammatical knowledge and language proficiency
Compliance with platform requirements and standards, and the ability to follow legal regulations
Basic understanding of operational KPIs (, AHT, SLA) and performance targets
Ability to follow SOPs and work within structured operational processes
Ability to identify technical or operational issues, escalate them to the relevant teams, and follow up on the resolution process.
