In this role you drive onboarding and ongoing customer success for Signaturit Group, ensuring smooth integration and long-term value realization. You will manage multi-disciplinary projects, align internal teams, and monitor adoption and retention to support growth. You’ll act as the customer advocate, translating feedback into product improvements while tracking success metrics. This position offers the chance to shape scalable onboarding and drive cross-functional impact in a fast-evolving SaaS environment.
