Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding team, monitoring performance, development, and operational routine
- Ensure end‑to‑end implementation journey from commercial handoff to full client activation
- Manage client portfolios and simultaneous projects, ensuring organization, prioritization, and SLA compliance
- Interact directly with clients via meetings, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Monitor operational indicators and build executive reports for the area
- Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities to propose process and product evolutions
- Guarantee excellence in customer experience throughout the onboarding journey
- Partner with Commercial, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Tech teams
