Job Description
Partner Onboarding & Activation
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes for rider-partners and driver-partners
- Ensure timely verification of documents, background checks, and compliance requirements
- Improve onboarding speed, activation rates, and partner experience
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, orientations, and training sessions
Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of onboarding associates
- Set performance targets and monitor KPIs such as activation rate, turnaround time, and quality
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback
Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks in onboarding workflows and implement improvements
- Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Support teams to streamline processes
