RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute operational onboarding and training strategy.
• Design and improve onboarding frameworks, learning paths, and training programs
with materials, guides, SOPs, and resources.
• Establish training standards, benchmarks, and scalable processes to support growth.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires, including sessions, role‑specific training,
and cohorts.
• Monitor progress with coaching, feedback, assessments, and readiness checks before
endorsement.
• Ensure employees meet standards before transition to Operations.
• Identify gaps and implement coaching, refresher training, and upskilling.
• Support development in communication, client management, sales, and operations.
• Partner with leaders to align training with business goals.
• Collaborate with Operations leaders to ensure readiness and act as main contact for
onboarding.
